What we build

See the shape of a useful solution.

The examples below describe possible solutions, not completed client engagements. They are not case studies, product screenshots, or claims of measured results.

Project steps

  1. 1.A business bottleneck
  2. 2.A defined solution
  3. 3.Agreed acceptance checks

Example solutions

Accounting / document request workflow

Problem: requests and replies are scattered across inboxes. Possible scope: an intake checklist, staff queue, reviewable reminders, and client status view. Acceptance: permissions, missing-item handling, and agreed notifications pass representative tests.

Insurance / renewal work queue

Problem: ownership of upcoming renewals is unclear. Possible scope: an authorized data import, renewal queue, assigned owner, and follow-up tasks. Constraint: vendor access and data permissions must be verified.

Contractor / office-to-field handoff

Problem: job updates arrive through several channels. Possible scope: an agreed job record, field update form, and office queue. Acceptance: updates reach the correct job and unauthorized users cannot see it.

Look at the constraint, not just the feature.

A document portal depends on access and retention decisions. A renewal queue depends on an authorized source of dates and account references. A field update depends on devices and connectivity. Those constraints determine whether the right next step is configuration, integration, or a small application—not merely whether a feature can be demonstrated.

Decide how a solution would be accepted.

For your own project, identify a normal request, an incomplete request, and an action a user must not be allowed to perform. Ask who can verify each outcome and how the result will be reconciled with existing records. These checks make an example useful for scoping without pretending that it is a completed client engagement.

Evidence before claims.

We do not attach client names, logos, or invented savings to illustrative work. A client case study needs permission and supporting evidence for the work delivered and the results described.
