Code Wize Technologies, LLC · Updated: November 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Code Wize Technologies, LLC ("Code Wize," "we," or "us"), located in Pembroke Pines, Florida, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit codewize.co or contact us about our services. On-site services are limited to confirmed locations in Miami-Dade and South Broward. Remote project delivery elsewhere is considered where operationally feasible.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Submit a project inquiry (name, company, email, optional phone, requested service, workflow description, tools, company size, project role, timeframe, and location or on-site needs; managed IT inquiries also include device and user counts, current provider, and coverage needs)
- Email or call us directly
- Engage us as a client (business name, billing contact, payment information processed through Stripe)
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit our website:
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URL
- Landing and source page paths, supported campaign fields, and the time you acknowledge the inquiry privacy notice
- IP address and approximate geographic location
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. We do not collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or health information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to consultation requests and inquiries
- Provide IT support, software development, and related services to clients
- Process payments and send invoices through Stripe
- Communicate about ongoing projects, scheduling, and service updates
- Improve our website and understand how visitors interact with it
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. Spam checks help protect the inquiry form. A submission does not automatically schedule a meeting or make a commercial decision about your project.
3. Disclosure of Information
We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers. We use trusted third-party tools to operate our business. Current providers include:
- Stripe – payment processing (subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy)
- Google Workspace – business email and internal communication
- RustDesk – remote support software
- Fathom Analytics – aggregate website usage and interaction measurement in production, including software interest, product-site link clicks, navigation and calls to action, FAQ opens, scroll milestones, inquiry form starts, and successful submissions. We send predefined event names, not names, email addresses, phone numbers, inquiry text, field contents, or arbitrary link URLs
- Google reCAPTCHA – spam verification, which receives a verification token and technical request information including an IP address
- HubSpot – contact and inquiry processing when configured
- Telegram – internal inquiry notifications when configured
Our interaction analytics do not use session replay, keystroke recording, or cross-site visitor profiles. Links to our products take you to separate websites with their own privacy policies. A product-site click tells us that a link was used; it does not tell us whether you registered or purchased there.
These providers receive only the information necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority with jurisdiction over our operations in Florida.
Business Transfer. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, client information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
We do not share personal information with marketing companies, data brokers, or any other third parties not described above.
4. Method of Disclosure
Information shared with third-party service providers is transmitted electronically over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Payment information submitted through our billing portal is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers or seen by Code Wize staff. Internal communications containing client information are transmitted via Google Workspace, which provides encryption in transit and at rest.
5. Security Practices
We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the information we hold:
- All data transmitted to and from our website is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Client billing information is handled exclusively through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure
- Business email and documents are protected by Google Workspace with two-factor authentication
- We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it to provide our services
- Remote access sessions are conducted using encrypted, authenticated connections
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable Florida law.
6. Data Retention
We retain client and contact information for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations — generally no longer than seven (7) years following the end of a client engagement. Website traffic data is retained for a shorter period consistent with our analytics tools' defaults.
7. Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed to businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
